One really bad, 30minish mistake - rest of course was ok, although I messed up the spectator control (14) and 15 too.

Run in great brook, ached but definitely able to run through it

Regular exercises-- toe raises, ball squats, bands, balancing with eyes closed, alternating chair touches, sitting calf flexes with 5lb weight. Added stepovers, 3x15
Plus 15min biking
