A lot of the normal yoga with the addition of resistance bands in various ways - lots of core staff lots of balance stuff really really super fun! I can see incorporating this into classes. Just as another whole element not only for the extra work, but to actually help with alignment, deepening, and anchoring. Depending on where you have it. At one point I had two loops one on my hands, one on my legs yippee!
