Orienteering Meet race 17:07 [5] *** 2.31 km (7:25 / km)
ahr:164 max:176 spiked:16/16c shoes: Solomon

Sprint in a city park here in Boise Idaho.
Fairly straight forward sprint with no crazy ness or anything. However about 85-90 degrees??
3rd overall on green and 1st in m-60, so not a bad start to a hot weekend. Staying in Idaho city in the bunkhouse at the Lodge here. No AC but not too bad with a fan.

Running 37:00 [3] 4.0 mi (9:15 / mi)

Quick run down road and back. 8:30 miles never seemed so hard!
It was super humid and rain the last mile.

trail bike ride 1:00:00 [2] 14.0 km (4:17 / km)

Ride in Chicago with my Nephew and Chi-town himself. We rode through the Lincoln Park Zoo, along the shore to The end of Navy Pier and Millennium Park to the bean. Back to the Condo and lunch before heading back, for Chi-town's for his Key lime pie. Lots of stops and agility turns around and through people.

Badminton 30:00 [2]

First real decent play with my Nephew on the new and updated court with cemented posts. The sun setting and wind were factors in the play.
Grass still needs a bit of leveling.
