Orienteering Meet race 1:06:26 [5] *** 5.7 km (11:39 / km) +250m 9:34 / km
ahr:153 max:171 spiked:12/13c shoes: Icebug #4's

Boggs Mt long event. Lots of trail running to get to points to navigate from.
Will try to get quickroute up on my log by Thursday. One major screw up one what should of been an easy control. I was going direct to no 5 and there was a trail to the north and south. I ended up on the southern trail and thought it was the northern trail. Lost 5 minutes trying to relocate. Other than that pretty decent nav.
Great map and courses.

This is actually the middle course, I am away from home so no time to figure this out.

Pre breakfast warmup run here in Calistoga CA. All systems feel good.

Orienteering Meet race 16:50 [5] 1.8 km (9:21 / km) +75m 7:44 / km

Boggs Mt Sprint. Wooded sprint. Nice course and decent time with one mistake going to 6 I was dragged off 100 meters to a control that was not mine. Lost 1 minute on that. The rest of the course was pretty clean.
Great to see old friends and introduce many to my wife who was tricked into a trip to Napa valley, when she said she would go, I told her there was a O meet. He he.
