Running race 46:10 [5] 10.0 km (4:37 / km)

EC 10k Race with Rudy.. A good time as Rudy and I were together and back or forth 20 feet max. It came near the end and i was ahead by 1 second at the final 50 meter to go turn. I thought about just waiting for him and tieing, but I heard foot steps coming up fast so I kicked it in. Good weather and course, except there was one trail sign missing and it might of messed up some folks. It should not of mattered and barely anyone complained because you had to make the same loop either left or from the right.

Oh my tired legs and somewhat sore ankle ran the O meet. Pretty slow and not moving fast. The controls were so low and hard to see.
BUT it was nice to be out in the wood and in a meet.

Stationary Recumbent bike 30:00 [2]

Preparing for workouts post june 6th on new stationary recumbent bike. A bit boring, but it should be good for its purpose.

Hike up Camelback Mt, I forgot how much scrambling it really is. Went with 2 nefhews and one neice. We went up before it became too hot.

Yep got my workout in 2X 200,400,600,400,200.

Felt pretty good, getting hot too!
