Had the bike loaded in the car and was ready to go for a ride, when I realized my right hip and lower back were REALLY tight. Like, couldn't stand up without making sounds and faces I associate with my parents kind of tight. Didn't seem like it was just going to spontaneously get better, either, so I decided some stretching and yoga was more in order. Seemed to help,I never felt anything release, but I was able to stand up at the end without making my own soundtrack, so yay?
