NAWSTI day 4. Pool side today was mostly teaching lifeguarding skills. Still have a bit of congestion and a cough, but no worse than yesterday, and maybe even a little better, so hopefully this cold will pass soon.

NAWSTI class day 3. More lifeguard drills and some races, along with a conditioning swim.

Day 1 of NAWSTI class. Aaaand K and I both have a cold again. At least we made it almost a whole month this time. NAWSTI class started off with the 500m swim, survival strokes, a few lifeguard drills, and finally some races.
In other news, my ankle is much better, but not quite back to full strength. Recovery/rebuilding is tough! At least I feel like it's two steps forward, one step back and not the other way around, but it sure would be nice to get more than 1-2 weeks ( if that) of quality between each setback.
