Warm-up and some kicking drills, then 7x100 on 2:00. First 6 100s were between 1:22 and 1:24, then the last was 1:28. Running out of time by then, anyway, so did an easy 100 cool down. Focus today was trying to keep my head down and turns smooth.

Fell a little short on training targets for swimming, running, and biking for January, but hit my goals for strength and overall. Stayed (mostly) healthy, though, which helped! And I'm in a good spot for base fitness as I start a dedicated tri training plan. February will be a tough month, with a couple work trips planned, though, so need to stay focused and protect my workout schedule from work "emergencies".
