Ferretville - course 1
Good to line up this year having been part of the organising team for the past two years. Great long second leg where I changed my mind part way having initially decided on the road route. No real issues finishing a respectable 11th.

Ferretville - course 2, the chasing start!
Headed off 2mins behind Bart and 30 secs in front of Paula. Mucked up 4 (1 min) as I thought it was on the boulder below the path rather than right next to the path allowing Bec to catch me. Led her to the next 6 controls before getting a gap on the run across the oval to 11 which I promptly lost again at 13. Got away again and, like many people, bumbled around at 15 trying to work out where to climb the cliff . Another mistake at 18 where I stupidly followed someone into the bushes full well knowing the control was in the rough open. Only 21st on this leg dropping two places overall. Big Foot Sprints is such great fun.

Chowder Bay - SVM
Poor route choice again, at least I didn’t get lost this week. As always the views and real estate make up for the hills. Soundly beaten by Paula.
