Connortton - course 7 (M55)
Good course with it's mix of complex granite and more open legs. Problems at 6 and 7 (both short legs) where I was struggling to read the map so only finished 6th. Thankfully beat Ewan.

The Great Nosh
All going reasonable well until the 10k mark when Paula caught me up and the wheels started to fall off. From here onwards it was a jog/walk becoming more of a walk/jog towards the end. Pretty well sums up where my fitness it at currently - disappointing. Paula did well as always taking out the W50 category.
