Orienteering race (NSW Sprint Champs) 18:57 [3] 3.47 km (5:28 / km)

Sugar Rush (Pyrmont) - Course 4/5 (M50)
Given the number of stairs and hard surfaces didn't push myself. Probably helped me run a clean race with no significant mistakes. Third overall which was pleasing. Hopefully no adverse reaction from my back, will no doubt find out tomorrow morning.

Decided not to run BFS and save myself for tomorrow. Even if I had wanted to it would have been a stretch given all the "unseem" issues we had. Everyone went away happy which was the main thing.

Lap around Manly Dam with Ewan, one of his friends and their dad. No problems for the first half, except for being very rusty and wary of drop offs that Ewan took in his stride. Aggravated my back coming up the steep fire trail climb, probably pulling too hard and being crouched over the bars. Slow coming back and was glad to take the road option.
