The ives trail run with others. Very enjoyable run with rain at the end. Was doubting if I could make the distance but was fine, except the knees were very sore on the last downhill. On the side of the knee joint. Never felt pain in that spot before.

bike to Brachville via 53, 106, 57 to Old redding rd and back via valley forge. moving average 26km/hr forgot to look at the distance (measured by GPS). Tired the rest of the day, too hot
