Long run down into Frankston and then along the river trail to 30 mins and then same route back. Hadnt explored that much of the creek trail so was a good hit out. Blisters were sore but they are on the way to being recovered which is good. Didnt wear my orthotics because I didnt want blisters on blisters.

Nice easy ride down towards the pines to see if it was in running distance. Blisters quite sore today!

Finally got around to doing the strength and core from the Friday so a complete rest day actually turned into a decent training day.
