Long run down into Frankston and then along the river trail to 30 mins and then same route back. Hadnt explored that much of the creek trail so was a good hit out. Blisters were sore but they are on the way to being recovered which is good. Didnt wear my orthotics because I didnt want blisters on blisters.

Nice easy ride down towards the pines to see if it was in running distance. Blisters quite sore today!

Finally got around to doing the strength and core from the Friday so a complete rest day actually turned into a decent training day.

Really sweet race out at Mt Beswick. Good field which was great to get some competition which is a rare thing in tassie. Started out a bit sloppy, stuffing up 2 by going to high and over shooting losing at least 2 mins. Next control I took easy to get my self into the terrain and then stared to get some good flow. After that didn't really lose much time, only small misses at 6,8,13, 17, 18, 21 but only minimal time lost at each so 1 min and a half all up. Only down point was the shitty blisters I got which hurt on the contour legs. All up though a good race with some good hills to smash the legs.

Pretty good warm up which felt good but didn't do a warm down because of the massive blisters on my foot. Decided to go for an easy ride tomorrow instead which wasn't planned.
