Long snowshoe outing, mostly off-trail (or being the first on the trail since the snow stopped falling) in the newly winter-wonderlandish Rock Creek Park.

Very easy jog in Rock Creek Park - connection between upper and lower bodies still feeling a bit fragile but couldn't take another day without significant exercise. Wish I'd done it early in the morning while everywhere was still dusted with snow. But I guess I'll get to make up for that tomorrow and likely for several days thereafter.
