Hanging the remaining Wheaton controls and placing water, with some assistance from Dan.

Time spent hanging about half the controls for Wheaton - the less visible half. Light rain/sleet for much of this so I probably should have just hung everything in the eastern half of the park since the odds of anyone messing with even the ones within a few meters of trails would have been very low.
