Orienteering race 1:13:40 [4] 9.0 km (8:11 / km)

QOC Hemlock long score-O course - distance is what the course setter claims it took to visit them all. I haven't measured the distance for the sequence I took them in - basically a counterclockwise loop of the map starting by heading northeast.

Easy jog to the south end of the map mostly on the Bull Run Occoquan Trail then picking up 9 controls on the way back to the start/finish.

LSD in the pool. Pretty quiet on a Saturday morning though maybe that won't be the case as the outside weather gets less pleasant later in the fall and winter.
