Potomac Valley Games - all comers track meet? Possible QOC session with invasive plant specialist. Neither as it turned out - will do invasive plant thing next Sunday after Bowie and PVTC failed to mention the deadline for online registration for the PVG on their web site. I didn't feel like paying the late fee and showing up way early in order to register an hour before the 3000m races were scheduled to start.
Cycling38:00 [3]
Round trip to the National Gallery to see another Oliveira film.
Running6:36 [1]
Warmup/cooldown.
Form exercises32:39 [4]
Silly walks, 3x100m strides and 10 steep uphill sprints.
Cycling part of getting around to check out possible mapping project and to see a very dialogue-heavy Portuguese film at the National Gallery.
Hiking1:15:00 [1]
Walking around the mapping prospect, staying on trails. Will have to go off trail in a future visit to get a fuller idea of just how much interest there will be for advanced orienteers but definitely worth mapping for local events based on what I saw.
Mix of back, breast and front crawl with flutterkicking. Having returned rental car in the morning, walked home from work by way of the aquatic center but won't log that.
Warmup/cooldown. Ran after dark having decided to go see a very strange Korean action/comedy/police procedural (apparently Korean homicide detectives circa 1999 operated largely by beating leads on their primary target out of randomly selected small-time crooks) at the Freer Gallery.
