Warmup/cooldown.

Form exercises 15:13 [4]

Silly walks, 8x100m strides, then silly walks again.

Cycling 1:09:00 [3]

To and from work, normal paced parts, plus some shopping at the Adams Morgan Safeway.

Cycling 4:23 [5]

Two times up my cycling intervals hill in 2:08 and 2:15. Fuller recovery might be in order if I ever get in the habit of doing more than one of these.
