Had to ride in to fix my shaker, which i'd left on overnight and fell to the floor. And i've decided that i've felt enough very slight twinges on left side of right knee (muscle, the one i had trouble with before the ski season), even when biking a little hard that i will not resume running just yet. I will aim to do all biking very slow without pushing hard.

Lots of hiking and natural history - half hour exploring hinckley for wildflowers from Brooklyn cabin (nothing but Cardamine hirsuta; but tons of fallen ash since i was last there), circle plots (half hour), bog photos (hour), Panzner (hour). Butt muscle seems ok, but to be safe i won't run today
Gave blood late today
