Jefferson loop. Slow and weak. Ankle cleared up with rest and the brace last day or two (and careful sitting).
No bonking, no knee pain. Face is uncomfortable from the Peel lotion - over 2 weeks in now.

left ankle lock again! Minor today. Spent most of the last couple of days sitting at desk in front of computer for oral exams, and i think i let the ankle dangle, which aggravated it.
