XC ski 15:00 [1]
slept:8.0 shoes: Salomon Escape 7 Pilot

Snowed 4" yesterday, Natalie wanted to do a ski this morning, so we went to Signal tree. after 10 minutes her 30 year old boot lost its sole, and we limped back. Snow was crappy and too little anyhow (big balling up on my skis).

Note

This morning tried getting a resting heart rate before getting up, and couldn't get a good read. It felt like the beat was really irregular, maybe skipping beats, some weak. I wonder if this is related to my weird weakness and slow improvement. Dec 3 got a fine reading - this may be a spotty occurrence?
