BNP. Felt ok to 15 minutes, and then right (!?) knee stiffened some.

Got all dressed to run on a dusting of snow, but realized in the driveway that my knee (s) are still sore, and i feel achy, and my throat is not better, and it's just not my day. Turned back, and because of snow didn't ride. Meant to go to gym, but felt no better by noon. So i'll just lay low and hope to get better
