Hot day at Kenston 7/10 vigor. Good navigation. not really strong running, but mostly just lack of being in shape, not prior problems

River styx park. smaller than i thought, but very nice woods. Did 2 pushes around the lake with a jog around the lake between, then another 3 minute push. Not especially peppy today, but ok. Vigor 7/10
