Rand to school to set up some pollen counting, returned near noon. 7/10 vigor (perhaps a bit less). Slow, weak on hills, but felt ok, legs not especially weak.

my neck is a little better now.
A few days ago i started using the pillow cylinder at night (kept up traction, haven't been doing ice lately). Perhaps causal?

still not comfortable riding bike because of neck

Finally slept through the night (neck makes it hard to fall asleep for last week or so). Nob Hill. Felt sluggish, tired upper leg (different than 2 weeks ago). 6/10 vigor.

left elbow pain continues, but still nothing in fingers
