Neck problem has slowly been improving - 1-2/day traction, recentering, biofreeze seemed to help.

Richfield heritage first use of map! 60F, very nice day. Mostly good navigation. But at about 40 minutes ran out of steam and had to walk. Didn't think of it at the time, but perhaps due to blood donation? Didn't think it would hit me that hard, but the alternative is that i am in really bad shape.
