Kenston. Andreas did a nice butterfly design that used the small area well. drizzle became a steady rain, so navigation and speed deteriorated over time.

Portage and paddle race with Rasinski. Pushed hard to stick with the top canoe, but just couldn't. about an hour of paddling, and 15 minutes of portgage. tons of fun.

Felt really weak and slow. Mild neuroma - first time i've used the glycerines (with pad) in a while. These may just not be the shoe for me.
I am upset that i am not improving my stamina nor speed.
