Sand run south side. The mild L knee pain i've been experiencing the last few days stuck with me. I had assumed it was from banging my knees together earlier this week on rough surfaces, and would go away on its own. at 9 minutes out i decided that wasn't the case, and rather than make things worse by finishing the 45-50 minute plan, trotted back to the car. Time to plan and regroup
