Oak hill evening event. Nice turnout, pleasant evening. Mark S set 11 controls, but had two map exchanges and sent half the people 1-11 and the other half 11-1. Lots of interactions on the course as a result. Wasn't in great shape, but navigation was almost all spot on.. Great to be back out in the woods!

Hawkins trailhead, meant to go down cherrytrail, but after a short downhill there felt a very faint tightness in left calf, so backed off from going all the way down, instead explored on top. No further problems, uphill or down (all minor). Stretched and walked 3x over whole time, about 1 min. each. I think i was just overreacting.
