Checked Ledges course - ran Green (1:02 for 4.4k, including some location checking and documentation of the hut). Felt pretty good even though I was not strong, and mixed walking and running. Then checked first few orange controls (and added one to ensure a safe route), then ran white to confirm sites. In the last 10 minutes felt a very vague tightness in left calf, but it went away. Stretched strongly afterward (have been doing that about every other day- should do more). Beautiful sunny day, 45F at start, warming. Toothwort leaves common out there, no flowers seen. Ramps leaves up.
