After school, to big bend, golfcourse (breaking trail from then on), then service road (2x). Never got good glide or rhythm, no speed, rough footing.... But, the downhill on the second service road lap was great!. Took my first fall in years on the narrow access trail to the golfcourse because of the thick undergrowth of roses that grabbed my hat, then me, and tangled up my skis.

When I am old and in a rocking chair with a blanket over my legs, I will look back on today and smile. What a great day skiing with Dave at Oak hill. Sunny, fast tracks, friendly folks on the trail, good glide, and no injuries flaring up.
