Felt weak and uninspired. I am not getting stronger. Today while just standing and walking felt mild tightness in calf. Sigh

Spent saturday luging band speakers all over creation so today i am sore and tired. Then spent a couple of hours on yard work.
I walked the dog today and yesterday with vigor, hoping to get a little cardio, and sadly i could feel little twinges in the left calf. I will have to just amble. Had to force myself to do my workout
