Note

Saturday and sunday - 12+ hour days installing floor and trim in the rental house kitchen with Dave K. Stretched, but didn't have gumption for more. Monday morning i was a bit sore, and by late afternoon more so (esp right hamstring and shoulders).

Running 4:30 [3]
slept:7.0 shoes: Asics 2170-2014

Cool morning, wanted to get a run in early because of a busy afternoon. Walked dog to warm up, went on aquaduct. at 4 minutes (on a slight downhill) suddenly had the left calf seize up again - pretty vigorously and without warning. Walked back. Tight all the rest of the day, but not a problem walking. Becky suggested i may need to warm up more. I am not happy or optimistic.

She thinks the 'out of nowhere' problems i've had with calf largely emanate from lack of flexibility, so should not recur if i stick with the program. I will try
