Mt Peace park. Not strong, but did it. I Have been staying off streets since my problems have been there, but wasn't practical so i just went carefully

Did not do any exercises involving hands (Right hand apparently injured putting in the bog poles, and got progressively worse. I have been wearing a brace for this week, and that helps a lot. earlier just avoided flexed hand exercises, but it's probably smarter to avoid all of them until this improves)

Kent bog. too cold for bees, but looked at mosses and the two species in flower (Leatherleaf and Smooth Shadbush)

BNP - to circle plots, census, then bog and north with some site checking up to round pond along stream. Felt ok, not fast. beautiful but cool day.
