too busy today to work out (did yardwork etc). Today I realized that for a few days now i have had basically no neck, shoulder, or arm pain! I have been religiously fanatic about using traction twice a day since i got it - perhaps that is the cause. I will continue on course - use traction and no road or commute biking for a month. If i'm good then I will try biking again.
Similarly, the calf is doing well now, but i need to monitor my running recovery carefully to avoid a relapse. I will aim to hold steady around 20-30min 2-4x/week and ramp up slowly.
In consequence, I will try to keep up the 2x/week gym visits, painful and boring as they may be. Not really feeling like i'm making much progress with them, but i need to get more activity in to ramp up general fitness and include strength training
My right wrist (injured when i fell in the bleachers a month or so ago) started hurting earlier this week, and still does now, so again, no weights that use flexed wrist. I think i hurt it monday when i put in those pipes. I'll just stay off it for now
BNP from station on south woods, checked columbo (just starting to sprout), checked bog water height (now half way up the yellow screen), took a quick tour of the circle plots (off the clock - a few plots with a few flowers), repeat photos. Left calf got tight after 10 minutes, so frequent stretches after that.
