South Chagrin Green course. ~70F, windy, sunny, beautiful. Took it easy, but through control 8 (30min) was doing a slightly slower version of a normal run, with good navigation (except 8, where i didn't hold bearing well and drifted too far left. After that (which matched when the actual climb came in) i walked more, including all uphills. Nice to be out, and, most importantly, absolutely no trouble with the left calf! And nice to have Beethoven's 7th in my head as background music. It is clear that i do not have any fitness at this point, but at least i can actually run, at least off trail.
