After dropping natalie off at school, went to hawkins and did a few laps there. 31F - practically hot.

PT - on the weight machine. This therapist is emphasizing the need for balanced strength, and says my running, skiing, biking all work the front side, but not my back and shoulders. rx of exercises for that

XC ski 29:00 [3]
rhr:49 slept:7.5 weight:182lbs shoes: Salomon Escape 7 Pilot

Warmed up to 17 this afternoon, so on the way home i stopped at mustill to try my calf. No pain, so i went to memorial and back. I was not fast, track wasn't either, but good to be out on a beautiful sunny day

other 20:00 [1]

Stationary Bike (rollers) 31:00 [2]
slept:7.5 weight:183lbs (injured)

Still tight in the calf (though strong stretching over the last few days seems to be helping), so tried rollers. happily, no pain whatsoever. But it was mind-numbing! So hard to keep going, even with a radiolab podcast. Oh well, at least i can still get sweaty

other (Shoveling) 30:00 [1]
