Exercise Machine (nordictrak) 15:00 [2]

Icy and busy today
Arm and shoulder both acting up more and more the last few days. Are they related? Shoulder is beneath/above left shoulder blade, and arm is primarily (as usual) in bicep area (not muscle), and is only a problem when standing still or (more lately) when stretching forward. But also getting a knot in left forearm (muscley part). It is no fun to have these distractions when standing still - yet they go away for the most part when moving! Karen thinks it is stress. But i don't feel any more stressed than usual. But both of these ailments have increased gradually over time, so something is up. I'll talk with Dr next week (was scheduled for blood work discussion this week, messed up schedule)

XC ski 46:00 [3]
slept:6.5 weight:185lbs shoes: Salomon Escape 7 Pilot

Warming today, rain in the forecast before the deep deep freeze arrives. So, went out to ski again today, cautious but more aggressive than yesterday. Memorial north past big bend. Good glide in hard-packed walking/tire track.
