A bit warmer but still icy. In on north back on xchange. Again without ankle brace. Again slippery and slow Today with a heavy pack but no bad consequences

1" snow over ice, warmer than earlier this week, but still 20s. Easy in on market, and back through hall tract. First day without ankle brace ( couldn't find it). No apparent problems

Middle at Armo park, frozen pig. Sigh. Just terrible. Veg was nasty thick, and though I toughed out the first few, completely lost it mid way through. Completely going in circles for chris'sake. I literally looked at my compass, lined up, took a few steps and found i was 90 degrees off. I have no idea what happened.
