Oak hill with Bob and KJ for training. 30, windy, snow accumulated during our visit. good navigation on the first few legs, mostly on bearing. Beautiful open woods. Felt good. About when I even started to think about doing intervals while waiting for the troops to reassemble at each point, felt a couple of twinges in my lower right back (I've felt little bits of this on and off over the last month, not this strong). Bob suggested the cold encouraged spasms. In any event, to be safe i cut it short and dogtrotted back (with no more twinges). Back home I did a lot of stretches for the back, and will try to get that religion again.
