hot and sticky today, and hosting seminar speaker and band immediately after school. So ran at 7AM, just fitting it in. Intended to do speedplay, but after waking up at 3 and only falling asleep again at 5 i felt really crappy and slow, and vaguely vulnerable, so dialed it back. I warmed up reasonably well, but i think i was smart to hold back. At 11pm after band my ankle felt a little sore (swollen? used new brace today for first time).
