Kendall lake with DaveK. 50F, sunny, wonderful day to be out! And a great training exercise - one of us ran without map or knowledge of destination, the other went behind and directed. Surprisingly good at forcing both of us to think about the process. We should do this more often!
After half an hour I was really puffing, but really loved it. I won't be fast or strong at the pig, but at least i'm recovering and enjoying time in the woods. saw a potential patch of carex stricta south of the 'distinct tree' bob has on the northern trail from the parkinglot
Meant to do o at ledges but bog quote work nixed that. Dropped off at cascade and went off trail sw to lupine area and back on high trail. Plus other goofing around. Slippery on and off trail. Wet and snowy. Felt ok but just out of shape
After a morning helping the band host a drumline contest, snuck in a roadbike session in 35F (staying careful not to run two days in a row, and expecting snow tomorrow which will prevent biking anyhow).
