RunCommute 36:00 intensity: (12:00 @1) + (24:00 @2)
slept:7.0 (injured) shoes: (Screw) Brooks Adrenaline GTS

Only a slight tightness in calf and too icy to bike. Took it very slow but in first steps got a little more. Ran through very easy but at inner belt uphill git a sudden tight pain in lower calf. Walked in the rest of the way. Iced and alleve. Actually got to a worse limp by afternoon (couldn't push off). But better some by evening. Sigh

XC ski 42:00 [3]
slept:6.0 weight:188lbs shoes: Salomon Escape 7 Pilot

After school on a sunny day (25F), at Cascade Overlook. Many laps of the flattish little (1/4 mile?) southern loop, etc. Tried to mix it up - some all double poling, some all striding (no poles), some doublepole-stride, some in a sorry skate. Just barely enough coverage. Decent glide. Great day to be out.

XC ski 32:00 [3]
rhr:48 slept:7.0 shoes: Salomon Escape 7 Pilot

Snuck out before school at Hawkins end of sand run, did several laps. Barely enough snow, but the muddy frozen footprints under the snow made for a rough and unpleasant ride. Continuing to keep my time on skis well under my capacity to avoid any relapses.

XC ski 38:40 [3]
slept:7.5 weight:188lbs shoes: Salomon Escape 7 Pilot

Snow accumuulated throughout the day, so on the way driving back from school, dropped by mustill store and did a lap and a half there. Careful to stay within myself, though I did make a point of doing several 50-100m doublepoles (and actually moved faster than a crawl that way - good snow).
Calf was still a little tight this AM, and through to the afternoon, but was looser after skiing.

Natural History 1:00:00 [3]

Panzner - 10 minutes in field today, 30-40min in lab following day to check IDs and learn about inaturalist for uploads. Cattail, wool grass, Milkweed

Running 32:00 [3]
slept:7.0 shoes: (Screw) Brooks Adrenaline GTS

busy day. gingerly ran around the neighborhood on snowy streets. Always felt the threat of the knot in my calf reappearing, but it didn't actually do so. BUt for now i will keep things easy, short, and flat until i figure this out
