rhr:48 slept:8.0 shoes: (Screw) Brooks Adrenaline GTS
castle loop in loose snow (made brooks into screwshoes today). Slow but a good workout because of footing. Feeling better. Ribs still sore in some positions, but recovery in last few days has been fast. I will consider the injury healed today, but i am not quite 100% yet. But being able to run and ski means that my main issue now is recovering fitness, not the injury (and RHR is now down in the normal range). Hooray!
