Set Kendall nighto. Had to revise white a bit. Wet and chill. Low turnout but nice night and a lot of fun with the participants.
Last couple of days i've had some left ankle pain again - tight achilles, almost a lock, etc. I have tried to wear padded shoes more, and suspect this may have to do with my work posture (ankles crossed under chair),which allows the loose joint to stretch. I am trying to avoid that habit, but may need to raise my work chair and desk to do it more aggressively

Naoc green x sprint. 1:4000 and it took 3 controls to get used to that. Ok after that
