Ankle fine unless i bend it too far, which only happens on stairs or when kneeling but it might not like impact (havent tried). I will now try to ramp up biking, no running for now- i may have to do this for a month, i fear
Easy in on crosby and back on market. no ankle problems, but have to remember not to cross ankles at my desk or i get some discomfort. Bruise on top of foot is pretty much gone, but still feel discomfort on ball when i put any extra pressure on it.
