Weights at hotel Gym in Ottawa.
Awoke to finally notice that there is a big bruise on the top (not bottom!) of my left foot, apparently the evidence of the injury yesterday. Much less painful today.
wanted to do cardio, but don't want to mess with ankle, which is used in all of that. No real ankle pain, but occasionaly I accidentally bent it too mcuh and could tell there is still a problem there.
