Wdights at home. Though hard to do, i forced myself not to bike or even walk much. No ankle problems - maybe this will work. Spent a lot of the day doing non-walking or light walking house and yard work, so at least i can withstand this much.
Drove to school, tried to take it easy, but did walk at panzner wsith aaron about 45 min (with rubber boots). Ankle report- two slight "crouch" (flex) AM, in PM class while sitting had a prety major lock high on outside. Just like before
North st in, but realized at north that i had forgot meds. Return, retrace.
Two minor ankle pinches today. One from gliding bike in hall (pushoff), one bending ankle (crouch)
Busy and needed a day off. Sluggish all day, but did a lot of yardwork and sawing. Then did one set of the new weight regime, just to get the hang of them. don't like the lunges - stresses my right hip - so will look into other ways to work on thighs
