memorial both ways. on return met up with todd at lock 3 which was fun. Talked, and went at a notch harder pace then. I need to run with people more often - i go harder. 3x12s hill up memorial

Red course at South Chagrin. Lappin design. Beautiful cool day, nice course. I made about 8minutes of errors, 5 of them because i somehow thought the clue for 3 was 'reentrant top' instead of 'earth bank foot'. Sigh. Dave K did 56, bob 66

After doing red, wanted to work on making better decisions at speed, so did orange. And found that i can make mistakes at speed on orange just as well. On 5 took a road route, and dithered on where to turn in and went in earlier than i should, took a while to figure out my error. Then on 6 took a nice handrail and then turned myself around and made a right angle error through a nice population of mimulus ringens and rice cutgrass). Eventually figured out error when near control 7 of red. I did not push well off road for this - need to work on that. And i wasn't that fast or able to push hard on road either.
