90f. Busy all day but snuck this in at 8. Pushes of 50 to 115 seconds. A bit rough but I did it.

Got road bike ready and did laps in thje neighborhood to see that it's still ok to ride. No problems, to my suirprise, at least with the bike. Still need to change reach, and it's time for a less aggressive rear cluster. 80, a bit humid.
